Southwood is a member of the PCA that seeks to advance the Kingdom of God as we experience and express grace in relationships that impact eternity. Those three key relationships are: our relationship with God, one another, and our neighbors. High-Life is the Junior High School and Senior High School student ministries of Southwood Presbyterian Church. High-Life Ministries exists as a direct response to the covenant community’s baptismal vows and Christ’s Great Commission. Our ministry is a discipleship partnership with families and works to train our students, parents, leaders and all members in the work of sharing the gospel so that our students grow into mature lifelong followers of Christ. High-Life Ministries derives its name from Ephesians 2:6, “Heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” It is the idea that as believers we are unified with Christ, and we are seated with him in the heavenly realms.
