1. Use of the Platform

SolaJobs provides a platform for job seekers and employers to connect. You may use the platform to browse job listings, post jobs, and engage with other users. You agree to use SolaJobs only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

Certain features, such as posting or managing job listings, require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Job Listings, Billing, and Subscriptions

3.1 Responsibility for Job Listings
Churches are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job listings they post. SolaJobs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-generated content.

3.2 Listings Remain Active Until Canceled
All job postings and subscription-based services remain active until you cancel them. SolaJobs does not typically end or remove listings unless they are canceled through your account dashboard. SolaJobs may at their sole discretion cancel or remove a job listing for any reason.

3.3 Automatic Renewal
Any job posting purchased on a recurring plan will automatically renew at the interval selected (e.g., monthly or annually). By purchasing a listing or subscription, you authorize SolaJobs to charge the payment method on file at each renewal period.

3.4 User Responsibility to Cancel Before Renewal
It is solely your responsibility to cancel your listing or subscription before the next renewal date. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic charges, which are final and non-refundable.

3.5 No Refunds — All Sales Final
All payments made to SolaJobs are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Recurring subscription renewals
Forgotten or late cancellations
Unused time on a subscription
Lower-than-expected results or applicant volume
Accidental purchases
Failure to use or access the platform

SolaJobs does not prorate or offer partial refunds for any reason.

3.6 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By using SolaJobs and purchasing any paid service, you agree not to file a chargeback with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for any fees, renewals, or charges associated with your account.

If you initiate a chargeback, SolaJobs reserves the right to:

Immediately suspend or terminate your account and active listings
Permanently ban your organization from the platform
Recover the full disputed amount
Charge any associated fees or penalties incurred from the chargeback
Refer the matter to collections if necessary

If you believe a payment was made in error, you must contact SolaJobs directly so we can resolve the issue.

3.7 Billing Information
You agree to keep your billing information accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, SolaJobs may suspend or remove access to your listings or account until payment is resolved.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Interfere with platform functionality
Use the platform to distribute spam
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to bypass billing or subscription requirements

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality on SolaJobs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SolaJobs is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolaJobs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolaJobs and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Terms

SolaJobs may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
