Job Summary: The Full-Time Accounting Assistant/Administrative Support Associate will provide comprehensive support to the CFO and other executive team members. They will primarily be responsible for assisting the CFO with accounting and administrative functions, collaborating in preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with financial processes, managing communications, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting the mission of SWH.

Education/Experience:
- Required: high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree (Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field)
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or a similar role, preferably in a nonprofit

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Support:
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including donation processing, expense tracking, and invoice management
- Use software for accounting purposes, including data entry and reporting
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks

Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files and records
- Prepare, edit, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, providing information and directing queries appropriately
- Draft and send newsletters, emails, and other communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the CFO and other executives
- Manage calendars and communicate meeting details

Compliance and Documentation:
- Monitor compliance with legal and ethical standards, and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Maintain personnel and ministry files, and update the Personnel Handbook and Process & Procedure manual.

General:
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing administrative and logistical support.
- Perform other related tasks as needed to support the overall mission and operations of SWH
- Collaborate with SWH staff to foster growth in accomplishing the goals of reaching, discipling, and multiplying the kingdom of Christ
Compensation: SWH employees, deputized to raise funds for the organization, cultivate partnerships with churches, individuals, and organizations to secure their financial support. Compensation is directly tied to an approved budget, which includes both personal and ministry expenses.
