Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers the exciting possibility of becoming a full-time paid position as funding becomes available. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, and contributing to the impactful work of Hope Over Crisis.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic files and records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and support fundraising and donor relations activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and projects.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, partners, and volunteers.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the mission of Hope Over Crisis.
Qualifications:
- Growing in a daily knowledge and grace-filled relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Active member of a local church.
- Willingness to raise support.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Passion for the mission of Hope Over Crisis and a heart for serving persecuted Christians.
- Experience in a non-profit or ministry setting is a plus.
