Orchard Hill is looking for an Adult Ministry Director to lead and expand our Women's and Adult ministry programs. This person will help start Women's Groups, oversee Interest groups, and be a liaison for community outreach partnerships. Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Help start Women's Groups

• Oversee Interest Groups

• Serve as a liaison for Community Outreach Partnerships

• Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to adult attendees

• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and ministry teams

• Collaborate with church staff and leadership to align adult ministry initiatives with the overall vision and mission of the church

• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages spiritual growth and community building

• Stay informed on best practices in adult ministry and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance programming

Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams

• Passion for discipleship, biblical teaching, and community outreach

• Organizational skills

• Deep relationship with God
