Orchard Hill Church is looking for a part-time (15-24 hours per week) Adult Ministry Groups Coordinator to expand our Women's Group opportunities. As Orchard Hill continues to grow, this position would work alongside our existing Director of Women's Groups and other Adult Ministry staff to help get even more women engaged in the mission of the church through Groups. If you are eager to meet women where they are at in their faith journeys, desire to help women connect with others and grow in their faith through groups, and are ready to become part of a healthy church staff, we would love to talk with you!

Job Description

This role includes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop new leaders to help start new Women's Groups

• Establish new relationships with women in the church

• Always looking for new ways to encourage women to become part of a group

• Using church systems to help get both new and existing women to join a group

• Participate in the implementation of women's outreach events – as needed

• Contribute to weekend services as part of the adult ministry team

Qualifications:

• Personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Alignment with Orchard Hill Church beliefs and values

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple groups

• Excellent relational and communication skills

• Competence in mentoring or developing volunteer leaders

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers

• Proactive approach to job responsibilities

• Able to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
