Job Description

An Area Director for Young Life is a multifaceted role focused on spiritual guidance, community outreach, leadership development, resource management, and direct involvement with youth programs. Their work is vital in fostering a supportive environment where young people can grow spiritually and socially. Through spiritual leadership and excellent management, Area Directors develop teams in particular geographical areas to carry out Young Life's mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
