30 hr/wk ministerial exemption, reg part time

Purpose: To assist and team with the Children's Pastor in the oversight and direction of Children's Ministry

Position requires regular attendance on Sunday mornings 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Tuesday nights from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm during the school year.

Primary role:

TruthSeekers Leadership Team – provide leadership for team through prayer, planning, casting vision, listening, and regular communication; pastor members of TruthSeekers team.

TruthSeekers – cast vision, oversight, and overall leadership for TruthSeekers program; recruit, lead, train, encourage and maintain accountability with TruthSeeker leaders in order to provide discipleship training for 3rd through 5th graders

Event Leadership – lead and oversee children's ministry events throughout the year as requested by Children's Pastor.

Sunday Morning – provide overall leadership and oversight of KidPoint classes during Sunday morning services for children.
