Anticipated Outcomes
The Assistant Pastor of Discipleship will lead the church in executing strategies and events that facilitate Making Disciples. This is done under the vision and direction of the Senior Pastor and as part of the Family Ministry team.

Areas of Responsibility
· Provide leadership and direction to Discipleship Ministry of the church, with particular emphasis on Life Groups and Men's D-Groups.
· Participate in staff wide meetings and ministry opportunities.
· Lead the Men's Ministry of FBC in alignment with the churches vision.
· Work with the Missions Pastor on North American and International Missions opportunities.
