Position: Full-Time Associate Minister of Youth and Children

Woodland Baptist Church in Peoria, IL, seeks a full-time Associate Minister of Youth and Children. This person will primarily teach, counsel, and lead youth through Bible studies, missions, and spiritual growth, while also overseeing the children's ministry.

Job Description

Title: Associate Minister of Youth and Children

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all youth and children's programsPlan and conduct Bible studies, classes, and small groups for youthOversee the children's ministryOrganize special projects such as retreats, camps, and mission/service activitiesEnlist and train volunteersCoordinate communication plans with the Communications teamPrepare and manage the budget

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of relevant experienceBackground check requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong written and oral communication skills

Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 per year plus benefits
