Job Summary Associate Pastor – Next Generation Ministries will be responsible for the overall coordination and leadership of all next generation ministries on our campus. This will include student ministry, kids ministry, parent engagement and development, camps and student missions coordination, oversight of life groups, and the ability to lead specific campus initiatives when needed. The Associate Pastor will also be expected to serve, lead well and preach as needed.

Associate Pastor

Responsibilities • Coordinate and lead all next generation ministries on our campus, including student ministry, kids ministry, parent engagement and development, camps and student missions coordination, and oversight of life groups. • Lead specific campus initiatives when needed, such as missions trips, community outreach, and calendar events like Christmas Eve or Easter. • Service lead well, including welcoming, wrapping up, announcements, and calling to worship. • Preach as needed. • Provide general pastoral operation of the campus in the absence of the campus pastor. Qualifications • Authentic personal relationship with the Lord. • Commitment to the mission and vision of the church. • Bachelor degree in theology or related field. • Master of Divinity degree preferred. • At least 2 years of experience working in student ministry or youth ministry. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for working with young people. Compensation $62k annually with benefits (including health insurance)
