Central Baptist Church of Kirbyville, Texas is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to join our ministry team. This position will focus primarily on youth ministry, while also taking on responsibilities in family and children's ministry. We are prayerfully looking for someone who has a heart for discipleship, outreach, and strengthening families in the church and community.

Responsibilities Include:Leading and growing a Christ-centered youth ministryPlanning and overseeing events, Bible studies, and outreach opportunities for youthSupporting and coordinating children's and family ministry activitiesUnder the direction of the Senior Pastor assist with preaching, teaching, and pastoral care as neededEngaging with parents to support the spiritual development of their familiesParticipating actively in the life of the church
