Associate Pastor for Students and Worship

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Pastor of Students and Worship to join our ministry team. The ideal candidate must be a committed Christian and Southern Baptist, holding a Bachelor's Degree in religion, student-related ministry, music, or a related field, or possessing an equivalent combination of education and related work experience. The Associate Pastor will be responsible for developing and overseeing programs for students in grades 6-12, fostering their spiritual growth and involvement in church life. Additionally, the role includes developing and coordinating worship music programs, working alongside the Senior Pastor to plan and lead congregational services, and managing music accompanists. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a heart for ministry and service.
