Lagoon Baptist Church, a small but growing church family located in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama is looking for someone to make a real impact. He will be leading our student ministry and shaping our worship experience, working closely with the Senior Pastor.

Think: building relationships with students, leading engaging programs, developing worship teams, and creating meaningful worship for everyone. He will get to teach, mentor, and be a supportive presence for our students, all while collaborating with other leaders in the church.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and grow our student ministry while overseeing our children's ministry

● Plan and lead engaging worship services.

● Mentor and disciple students.

● Teach Bible studies and share your faith.

● Partner with church leaders to connect students with the wider church community.
