The purpose of the Associate Pastor for Worship Arts (Worship Pastor) is to lead the church to worship through music and other creative arts. The Worship Pastor is, first and foremost, a pastor. As one of FBTC's pastors, he teaches biblical doctrine, guards against false teaching, and shepherds the congregation. The Worship Pastor works with the Senior Pastor to set the overall direction of the music and creative arts ministries of FBTC.
