華語副牧師資格Mandarin Associate Pastor Qualification

1. 清楚從神而來的呼召，信仰純正，具有正規神學院道學碩士以上學位（ATS認證的神學院）。Has a clear calling from God, evangelical beliefs, and an MDiv degree or higher from an ATS-accredited seminary。
2. 具有0-3年北美教會牧會經驗。New seminary graduate or with a few years of shepherding experience at a Chinese church in North America.
3. 熟悉華人及北美文化，以國語講道和牧養，具英語說聽讀寫能力。Familiar with Chinese and American cultures. Proficient in Mandarin for preaching and shepherding, and able to communicate in English.
4. 接受本教會憲章，並能與教牧團隊配搭服事。Agree with church bylaws and can serve together with the pastoral team。
5. 已婚及具北美工作經驗更佳。Being married and having study or work experience in the North America is a plus.

Job Description

1. 牧養華語部會眾。Shepherd the Chinese congregation。
2. 藉著講道、教導、計畫、傳福音、關懷及輔導來帶領華語部會眾成長。Participate in the growth of the congregation through preaching, training, leading others, planning, evangelizing, caring and counseling。
3. 與教牧團隊配搭服事。Serve together with the pastoral team.
