Hillmon Grove Baptist Church is seeking a full-time associate pastor to support the Senior Pastor in the overall vision casting and leadership of the church's teaching. Primary duties include working with the Senior Pastor to ensure weekend services are planned and executed, recruiting and effectively supervising volunteers for adult small groups and adult ministries within the church, providing guidance and oversight for adult and small group teachers and leaders, providing staff oversight for the pastors/directors responsible for children and student ministries, and leading worship service and providing message at least once per quarter.

Salary commensurate with experience and education.
