Job Title: Associate PastorJob Description:Mililani Baptist Church is seeking a passionate Associate/Youth Pastor to serve alongside ourLead Pastor in Hawaii. This role is ideal for a young leader eager to grow in ministry, developpastoral skills, and invest in a Christ-centered community. Candidates should have a strong lovefor Jesus, a heart for people, and a willingness to embrace both the challenges and blessings oflife in Hawaii.Responsibilities:Include administrative and technology support, leadership development, pastoral care, andassisting in ministry programs, with an emphasis on youth ministry.Minimum Qualifications: A committed follower of Jesus Christ who adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message2000, the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy, and the Nashville Statement onBiblical Manhood and Womanhood. Meets the Biblical qualifications for an overseer/elder as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 andTitus 2. Bachelor's degree in Bible, theology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of ministry experience, preferably in youth or associate pastoral roles(volunteer experience will be considered).
