We are looking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor of College and Community. There are three main aspects of the role: 1. Lead our college ministry, including teaching on a weekly basis, discipleship of students, engaging new students, and identifying and raising up leaders. 2. Oversee our discipleship group ministry. We have groups that meet throughout the week and this role will help care for these groups, recruit and equip group leaders, and oversee content. 3. Serve as one of the pastors of the church, including preaching 10-12 times a year. We would like for candidates to have completed or be very near completion of their M.Div degree. The candidate should be motivated to engage regularly with prospective students, be drawn to identify and spend time with student leaders, and have a strong work ethic. We are open to a brother who would like to do college ministry long term and those who would like to be launched into senior pastor ministry in 3-5 years. For those brothers who ultimately want to be a senior pastor, we are experienced in equipping, training, and sending out such brothers into pastorates, having done so with the last two men to fill the position.
