Associate Pastor of Discipleship

Job Description:

We are looking for a man with a clear and confirmed calling to the pastorate to serve our church as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship who will create a culture of discipleship at Redeemer primarily through developing and implementing structures to help the congregation "make disciples as disciples." He would become a member of Redeemer Fellowship, affirming our belief statement, vision, values, philosophy of ministry, and fulfilling the expectations of all Redeemer Fellowship members.

Position Qualifications:

⬝ Ordained (or pending ordination) minister. ⬝ Seminary preferred, but not required. ⬝ Five to seven years of ministry-related experience preferred. ⬝ Ministry experience in a church having attendance of 200 or more. ⬝ Needs to have a vision and a demonstrated ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage and implement ministry goals. ⬝ A vibrant and growing relationship with Christ as evidenced by participating in corporate worship, scripture intake, prayer, community, and accountability. ⬝ Meet the qualifications of an elder/pastor as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-8 and Titus 1:5-9.
