Brandon Baptist ChurchJob Announcement – Associate Pastor of Discipleship, Young Adults and Outreach

Brandon Baptist Church is actively searching for a full-time minister to join us in reaching our community with the good news of Jesus. Brandon Baptist was constituted as a church in 2003, and now has a membership of 1,552 members. Serving alongside our new Senior Pastor and fellow ministers, this new Associate Pastor will report directly to the Senior Pastor and lead the ministry initiatives for discipleship, young adults and outreach for the church family.

Some of the specific duties will be to develop and coordinate discipleship strategies, supervise and coach NextGen ministry staff, pastor young families through congregational care and assist the pastoral care team as directed by the pastor, and to equip the Brandon Baptist Church family to share the Gospel and make disciples in their own neighborhoods and existing relationships.
