FBCE is a small town church who has grown to love the Lord and one another better and better as the years go by. Our last Family Pastor served in this capacity for 6 years, after having served several years as our Music Minister. Recently, he said yes to God's call to pastor another church. So now, we are looking for an experienced God-called, Spirit-led shepherd to come alongside parents to disciple their children and teens, and to come alongside the pastor in shepherding the church. We have leadership in place to help bear the burden of ministry, so the Family Pastor will need to oversee this team, as well.
