Associate Pastor of Family Ministries (NextGen)

Antioch Baptist Church, nestled in the scenic North Georgia mountains, is seeking a dedicated and visionary Associate Pastor of Family Ministries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a laid-back community while serving as a self-starter who leverages their spiritual gifts to build Christ-centered ministries.

Key Responsibilities:

Youth Ministry: Lead and expand upon an established student ministry (25-30 students), collaborating with a committed team of volunteer leaders and an engaged church family.Children's Ministry: Strengthen and organize a team of volunteers, providing leadership and direction to grow the ministry's impact in the community.Partner with the ministry team to creatively and effectively reach the next generation with the Gospel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ministry leadership, with a history of creativity and success.
• Passion for reaching youth and children with the Gospel.
• Strong organizational, team-building, and communication skills.
