Associate Pastor of Junior High Worship

The Associate Pastor of Junior High Worship leads, coaches, and executes worship in the weekly Junior High services.

• Offer pastoral care and insight to students involved in the worship ministry for Junior High Students
• Work with Pastor of Junior High Students on how to develop specific rhythms for spiritual formation for students
• Schedule Sunday teams through Planning Center Online (PCO)
• Lead Sunday morning worship teams in Sunday morning programming
• Assist the Associate Pastor of High School Worship in planning and executing student ministries vision for worship experiences
• Work with Junior High Ministry team on development and execution of summer trip(s) and outreach strategies
• Use Ableton for creating tracks for Sunday morning sets
• Develop vocal tracks for junior high vocalists
• Maintain worship equipment
• Help lead and develop junior high students and adult volunteers on worship and tech teams in their skill sets and as Christ followers
• Give input to annual strategic plan
• Help maintain the vision for junior high worship culture
• Provide support for all worship team events and training
