Position: Associate Pastor (Full-Time, Salary: Competitive, + Benefits) Advances the mission of Real Life by working in partnership with and under the direction of the Executive Pastor to lead Ministries, Care, and Missions.

• Ministry
  • Ensure all Sunday morning service ministry teams are fully staffed and supported.
  • Partner with ministry leaders, providing oversight, coaching, and encouragement to equip and empower them for greater effectiveness in serving their teams.
  • Ensure alignment of ministries with the mission, vision, and values of Real Life.
  • Identify, recruit, train, and shepherd new leaders across ministries.
• Care
  • Provide pastoral care and shepherding to individuals and families at Real Life.
  • Oversee and coordinate systems for hospital visits, benevolence requests, funerals, and crisis care.
  • Build and train volunteer care teams to extend pastoral care throughout the body.
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-up processes so that no one falls through the cracks.
• Missions
  • Lead Real Life's missions strategy, both local and global, in alignment with our vision.
  • Identify, recruit, and train mission team leaders and volunteers.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with local ministries and global mission partners.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of mission trips, service projects, and outreach events.
  • Inspire and equip the body to live on mission in everyday life.
