Position: First Baptist Church of Three Forks is hiring a man for the position of Associate Pastor, specifically overseeing youth (including Sunday School) and music and worship.

Job Description: The individual hired for this position will have responsibilities including but not limited to the following

*Work alongside and meet with the senior pastor.

*Fill pulpit when the senior pastor is away.

*Plan, facilitate, and lead the music worship of the Sunday morning worship service.

*Oversee the children and youth Sunday school.

*Lead weekly youth group and planned events.

Time Expectation and Compensation: This position allows for the hired person to be bi-vocational. That is, since the position is not full-time, the hired individual will be free to find appropriate employment, if desired, to make up the difference to a full-time position.

Compensation for this position includes a monthly salary and housing (excluding power, water, land line, and internet) provided in the church parsonage.

Qualifications: For consideration of this position, the individual must

*Know Christ as his personal Savior and bear evidence of such in life, conduct, and service.

*Have completed at least one year of Biblical or other such relevant education.

*Exhibit organizational skills.

*Be able to work with a computer (Word, power point, etc.).

*Have above average interpersonal relationship skills.

*Be adept in musical skills, including, but not limited to vocal and leadership.

*Comply with and agree to the church constitution and Baptist Faith and Message.
