This role involves partnering with the Senior Pastor to oversee and develop the Small Group and Discipleship ministries of the church, with a strong emphasis on pastoral leadership, administrative, and organizational processes. The Associate Pastor must be an independent worker who can operate autonomously. The ideal candidate will combine a pastoral heart with a passion for discipleship and the skills needed to build and implement robust processes that assimilate prospective and new members, equip and encourage the church for gospel centered ministry.
