Associate Pastor of Student and Family Discipleship
Job Overview
Restoration Church exists to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who make disciples of all nations. The Associate Pastor of Student and Family Discipleship plays a vital role in advancing this mission by leading the disciple-making efforts of the next generation and equipping families to follow Christ together.
This pastor will provide leadership and vision for a comprehensive discipleship ministry from birth through 12th grade, with primary responsibility for leading middle and high school students. Through gospel-centered teaching, relational shepherding, and leadership development, the Associate Pastor will help students and families grow in their union with Christ, experience transformation by the Holy Spirit, and actively participate in God's mission in the church and the world.
In addition to directly leading Student Ministry, this pastor will provide strategic oversight and discipleship leadership to Children's Ministry through its staffed leadership team, while equipping and encouraging parents as the primary disciple-makers in the home.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature leader with a passion for discipleship, a commitment to biblical teaching, a shepherd's heart, and the ability to build and lead volunteer teams that help students and families flourish in Christ.
