Associate Pastor of Student Ministries

The First Baptist Church of Chesterfield (FBCC) is a vibrant, multi-generational church, drawing families across St. Louis and the surrounding communities. The Pastor of Student Ministries is responsible for building young disciples for Christ through prayer, teaching God's Word, building relationships, and developing leaders. The Pastor of Student Ministries leads a comprehensive approach to children's and youth ministries (K-12) in worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach. This position creates programs, activities, and experiences to encourage and inspire students in their next steps with Christ.
