The Pastor of Students and Family Discipleship oversees our jr./sr. high students (7th-12th) and college and career ministries. Responsibilities include teaching and leading Wednesday evening youth worship services, overseeing small group meetings, organizing ministry/outreach events, assisting in church-wide pastoral care duties, and assisting in Sunday morning worship.

A master's degree is preferred but a bachelor's degree and experience will be considered.

This is a full-time position with salary based upon knowledge, experience, and education. Benefits include family insurance coverage, church-paid 403(b) contributions, and paid vacation/sick leave.

Trinity Baptist Church is a big "small church" in a growing small town. We average around 600 in Sunday worship attendance with 75-100 teenagers on Wednesday evenings and 15-25 young adults in college and career. We currently have four full-time ministerial staff and are looking for someone willing to plant their life in our community with a heart to reach young people with the Gospel and disciple them into devoted followers of Jesus.
