Associate Pastor of Students

The Student Pastor is responsible for leading and nurturing the spiritual growth of young people, evangelizing the lost, and equipping the saved for service. They must be attuned to the unique needs and interests of students, providing a supportive and engaging environment for their spiritual development.

The Student Pastor shall be responsible to the church under the supervision of the Lead Pastor in consultation with the Personnel Committee for the student ministries of the church.
