Job Summary:The Associate Pastor of Students will oversee and grow the student ministry (elementary, middle, high school, and college). This position requires a deep love for God and people, a passion for discipleship, and a desire to lead the next generation to know and love Jesus. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with students and families and develop engaging programs for spiritual growth. Candidates must meet the biblical qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:6–9, affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, and be aligned with the mission and vision of First Baptist Church of Iva.
