To invite the church into the presence of God, walking with them in the power of the Spirit so they might know the words, works, and ways of Jesus. To lead, invest and partner with families to see the kingdom of God come in our church, and in our community, as it is in heaven.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Worship

• Coordinate with Lead Pastor to create Sunday gatherings that center on the presence of God and the formation of His people for the sake of others.
• Lead and shepherd Sunday gatherings in musical worship
• Foster environments that promote hunger and desire for God's presence
• Shepherd and disciple volunteers in leading musical worship
• Schedule and organize worship teams
• Build a culture of sensitivity to the Spirit's leading, rooted in the Scriptures
• Pray for and with team members

Formation

• Partner with Lead Pastor on creating and cultivating resources for spiritual formation
• Provide shepherding, guidance and direction toward those within our community
• Partner with Lead Pastor and elders on shepherding through crisis
• Empower and multiply leaders for Missional Communities and other ministries within the church
• Pray for and with church members

Oversight

• Partner with Lead Pastor and Elders to create and steward annual budget
• Partner with Lead Pastor and Elders in developing vision for Next Gen ministry
• Recognize and reward faithfulness in volunteers
• Plan and execute team-building activities
• Empower partners within Mosaic to lead, build and oversee teams
• Oversee technological and media aspects of the church
