We are seeking an Associate Pastor who will be gifted in leading worship and our worship ministry but who will also be able to function as a true Associate Pastor. We are seeking one who has demonstrated and will demonstrate a love for people, and who is capable of overseeing & equipping others to lead in worship and demonstrate love for others. Job Description

The Associate Pastor of Worship will be expected to attend to the following duties which are:

• Lead worship with sincerity, energy, and passion that connects with a variety of people. • Lead worshippers in a variety of song styles – modern as well as traditional. (We currently offer a Traditional Worship Service at 9:15 AM on Sundays and a Modern/Blended Worship Service at 10:30 AM.) • Recruit, Invest in, Develop, Motivate, Encourage, Schedule, & Empower others to lead in worship – vocalists & instrumentalists and technology. • Disciple and mentor members of a worship ministry in their own personal, spiritual growth. • Authentically connect with and show love for others. • Plan and lead quality worship services for both those participating in person & online. • Take responsibility for ensuring quality in staging, lighting, audio, worship slides & video, and online (live streaming & video editing of) worship services.
