Cadiz Baptist Church is located in a small, close-knit community in the heart of rural Western Kentucky. We're prayerfully searching for someone who feels called to serve as our next Associate Pastor of Youth and Children — someone who loves Jesus, loves kids and teens, and wants to make a difference in their lives and our community.

What We're Looking For: -A desire to share the gospel and help students grow in their faith -A willingness to build real relationships with families in the church and community -A belief in Southern Baptist doctrine and theology -A degree in ministry, theology, or something similar -Some experience working with youth and/or children in a ministry setting

What You'll Be Doing:Working with our Senior Pastor and a great group of volunteers who care deeply about our kids and teens to:

-Plan and lead Bible studies, events, and trips for kids and teens -Encourage and equip volunteers and parents to lead kids in their walk with Jesus -Help students grow in their walk with God and get involved in church life -Reach out to kids in the community who need to hear about Jesus
