Associate Pastor of Youth and Music Worship

Lagoon Baptist Church, a growing church family located in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama is looking for an Associate Pastor to lead youth and provide music ministry. He will work closely with the Senior Pastor building relationships with students, leading engaging programs and creating meaningful music worship for the congregation. He will teach, mentor and be a supportive presence for our students while collaborating with other leaders in the church.
