Associate Pastor of Youth and Music Worship

The Associate Pastor to Students and Worship is a full time staff position primarily responsible for leading and overseeing both the student ministry and the worship services. This person will work closely with the Senior Pastor to cultivate spiritual growth and engagement among young people while facilitating meaningful worship experiences for the entire congregation. This role involves leading student programs, developing worship teams, teaching Bible studies, providing pastoral care to students, and collaborating with the other church leaders to integrate student ministry into the broader church community. Must adhere to the policies and beliefs outlined in the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.
