Job Description: Full Time Associate Pastor of Youth and Outreach

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Pastor of Students and Outreach with a building/growing mentality. The pastor that will take responsibility to reach and equip students with specific focus on discipleship, evangelism, and fellowship by planning, coordinating, and evaluating ministries to middle school and high school students, grades 6-12. He will also give leadership to outreach ministries which include vision, implementation, and development of leaders. He will also work with church leadership to develop and implement a strategy for local outreach to a racially diverse community.

Compensation: Salary based on experience and qualifications.
