Center Baptist Church is now accepting resumes for the bi-vocational position of Associate Pastor of Youth. Center Baptist Church is an established church in the Blue Springs, MS area. Our setting is rural, but our membership is largely comprised of people from nearby New Albany and the eastern side of Union county. The church is multi-generational with ages from infants to those in their 90's. We strive to provide ministries and activities directed to reach all ages for Christ and then guide them in discipleship. Our average worship attendance is 100 and our worship is a mixture of modern and traditional music. The compensation for this bi-vocational position will be based on the candidate's level of education and experience.

Principal Function: The Associate Pastor of Youth shall be responsible to the Pastor and the Church for leading the church in developing, promoting, accomplishing, and evaluating the ministries and activities of the youth. The Associate Pastor of Youth will also serve to assist the Senior Pastor in carrying out pastoral ministry activities to the Church family.
