This ministry position is unique in many regards. We are searching for an Associate Pastor whose primary responsibility is youth ministry. He will function similarly to the traditional youth pastor but will also minister to the entire congregation in a more general manner. Our vision is for this person to ensure our students are connected to the entire body of Christ. As associate pastor, he will have opportunities to preach/teach on a regular basis, lead teams, organize events and volunteers, and help disciple the whole congregation. In his specific responsibility of pastoring the youth, he will shepherd them week in and week out to be closer followers of Christ.
