Associate Pastor

Job Overview

The Associate Pastor will be responsible to: 

• lead the church to reach out to unbelievers and disciple believers, through the areas of youth, families, outreach, discipleship and worship. 
• assist with daily operations, providing support for the church and its leaders and report to the Lead Pastor.

Major Responsibilities

        • Scheduling
        • Working with Pastor on service layout
        • Running worship team rehearsals

Tech and AV support

        •  Maintain sound system and equipment
        •  Manage media on app and website

Minor Responsibilities

• • • • • Teaching and preaching
        •  Teach Sunday School and small group Bible studies
        •  Preaching opportunities quarterly
        • lead the church in outreach, youth and families, discipleship and worship
        • Other ministry opportunities 
        • With only one other pastor on staff, there are plenty of opportunities for a new associate to use his God-given gifts and abilities
