The Associate Pastor works closely with the Lead Pastor to advance the church's mission of making disciples of Jesus. The position combines spiritual leadership, organizational management, and pastoral care responsibilities. This includes training small group leaders, overseeing volunteer teams, and supporting staff in their spiritual and professional growth. In addition, the Associate Pastor serves as an Elder, occasionally preaches, manages parts of the church budget, and participates in setting the overall vision and direction of the church.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep commitment to personal spiritual growth.
