The Associate Pastor to Students must be an engaged, effective and functioning member of a cohesive leadership team. This calling will require your best effort and full-time devotion to develop, supervise and evaluate comprehensive Youth Ministry programs to include Bible Study, Worship, Outreach, Discipleship, Fellowship and Missions.
