Job Overview

As we grow we find a need for extra staff help to do the work within the ministry. Ideally the associate pastor will be able use and grow the technological side of the ministry through livestream and social media. In addition working with the senior pastor the associate pastor will help to coordinate volunteers to staff each of our local church ministries and oversee different ministries and help them to be run effectively.

Job Description

Report to and work directly with the senior pastor to help the continued growth of the church.

– Oversee online presence and ministry from social media to live streaming

– Opportunities to preach and teach all age groups especially youth and young adults

– Outreach/evangelism

– Regular involvement in Sunday worship services

– Discipleship ministry

– Freedom to develop new ministries from the ground up to help to meet the needs of the community

– Flexible schedule

– Pay determined based off of ability and experience
