Waymark Church (formerly First Baptist Church) in Monett, Missouri, is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Associate Pastor who's focus will be on Student Ministry! We're a thriving, energetic church that has experienced incredible growth—both numerically and spiritually—over the past few years as we embraced God's call to rebrand our ministry. At Waymark, we celebrate a vibrant, multi-generational community that blends contemporary worship with a balanced approach for all ages. Attendance ranges from 250-400 on any given Sunday, Our current staff consists of a Senior Pastor, Children's minister and assistant, Part-time student ministry leader, full time ministry assistant, maintenance and custodial workers. Our well-established student ministry is buzzing with life, backed by an amazing support team and a dedicated building designed for dynamic student worship services! We believe God is preparing the heart of a passionate young leader who's excited about connecting with middle and high school students, while also embracing opportunities to support our Senior Pastor in pulpit ministry.With a solid budget in place, we're ready to fuel this ministry and have opened doors to local public schools through strong relationships with athletics and extracurricular activities, including FCA. This role requires a blend of office hours and, most importantly, being out in the field, pouring into the lives of our students.
