Mt. Vernon Baptist Church is seeking a full-time worship pastor. We are a medium sized church located in Halls, TN. Our worship style is contemporary and our congregation is multi-generational. The position involves all responsibilities related to worship leadership including growing and developing the worship team (musicians and vocalists) as well as working with our youth praise team. Our church has recently updated all of our sound, lighting, and AV equipment.

All staff members handle other areas of responsibility outside of their primary roles, those will be determined based on the candidate's talents, abilities and experience as well as the needs of the church.
