Our church seeks a spiritually mature and dedicated Associate Pastor to assist in shepherding our congregation through Christ-centered leadership and worship. This role involves supporting the lead pastor in the overall pastoral duties of the church while also taking on the responsibility of leading worship. The Associate Pastor will be engaged in preaching, teaching, discipleship, and providing pastoral care, alongside planning and leading worship services with our Worship Ministry Leadership that aligns with biblical principles and our church's vision.

Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting the lead pastor in preaching, teaching, and church leadership.– Helping lead worship through music, creating a Christ-centered worship experience.– Mentoring and developing a worship team.– Collaborating with the pastoral staff to foster a worship environment that glorifies God and engages the congregation.– Providing pastoral care, discipleship, and support to the congregation.

Location and Timing: Our church is located on the beautiful island of Maui. Please be aware that the cost of living in Maui is significantly higher than on the mainland, and there are unique cultural dynamics to consider.
