Eldred Baptist Church is a New Hampshire Confession (1689 affirming) church looking to hire a second full-time elder/pastor in West Central, Illinois. By God's grace, EBC has grown into a trans-generational church with a considerable population of thriving young families who love the Lord, His Word, and the Covenant Community of Faith. This will be the primary ministry of focus for this position although church-wide preaching/teaching, with regularity, will be included for this elder/pastor.

Job Description

Regular Rotation in Preaching Lord's Day Services

Development, Oversight, & Training Leaders for: Sunday School, Young Adult's Ministry, Family Ministries

Oversight & Administration w/ Deacons of Building, Grounds, & Physical Needs

Eldership: The candidate will be expected to be qualified & ready for eldership (1 Tim. 3/Titus 1) after an appropriate period of observation & testing.
