Are you passionate about teaching children about the love of Christ? Are you interested in leading a team and ministry that does just that? Berean is seeking a strategic leader for our Berean Kids ministry (birth-grade 5) to come alongside us in our mission of spreading the Gospel in our community and teaching the love of Christ to the next generation. As the Berean Kids Director, you will play a pivotal role establishing and implementing a strategic vision for kids' ministry here at Berean. In leading and directing Berean Kids programming, you will have the opportunity to foster a healthy and loving environment in which kids can be spiritually nurtured and experience the love of Christ.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

• Be the leading champion of kids' ministry at Berean
• Lead initiatives to expand the accessibility and quality of Berean Kids programs
• Recruit, train, and support kids' ministry's volunteers
• Provide vision and direction to the Berean Kids ministry and its programs
• Manage and lead the dynamic Berean Kids staff team

Eligibility-

• Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for Gospel ministry and kids' ministry
• Maintain or establish membership at Berean Baptist Church
• Prior leadership and kids' ministry experience required

Full Time – 40 Hours a Week
