Job Overview

Bainville Faith Fellowship is currently taking applications for candidates for a bi-vocasional lead pastor in our church. Those interested must have a shepherd's heart along with a servant leader mindset as they look to guide our congregation. The pastor must desire to glorify Jesus in his words and actions. The ideal candidate will also desire to pour into the hearts and lives of those in our congregation and also in our community, outside of just the Sunday sermons.

We are a non-denominational church but are open to other denominational backgrounds if the pastor seems like a good fit.

Our church has an average of 20-30 adults each Sunday and we are hoping to grow under the right leadership.

Currently we have plans to expand the building on the south side to create a bigger entrance and make it easier to fellowship. We will be including a screen and speakers in hopes this will also allow those with babies or young kids to take care of them and still be able to hear the message.

Our congregation is full of friendly and loving people and we pray the pastor will fit in with this.

Solid, scripture based teaching is a must. Our Statement of Faith and Church Constitution will be emailed to any interested candidates.

Seminary or similar training is preferred as we want the Bible and its word.

Job Description

While this is a lead position, it is considered part time.

We have 4 board members with the pastor being a 5th and aim to have bi-monthly meetings with special meetings occasionally. The board members work alongside the pastor as we look to best lead and serve our church and community.
